Student Membership

National Association of Realtors

The Student Membership aims to engage post-secondary students enrolled in real estate programs at colleges and universities at the undergraduate and graduate level. 

Student members must be at least 18 years of age, cannot hold a real estate of appraiser license in any state and must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary education institution. Student members should have an interest in real estate issues such as brokerage, land use, finance, investments, and/or property rights. 

American Real Estate Society

Membership in ARES is open to anyone with an interest in real estate research. 

The objectives of the American Real Estate Society are to encourage research and promote education in real estate, improve communication and exchange of information in real estate.
