Real Estate: Home

The minor in Real estate is an 18-credit-hour program that will add to your versatility of skills and knowledge as well as give you the foundation you need to springboard into a career in real estate or dabble in real estate on the side. After completing the program, students will be eligible to sit for the Salesperson license exam^[1] and will be well on their way to obtaining a Real Estate Broker license if they choose to pursue it. The minor program is also designed to expose students to a variety of industry-specific knowledge, internship opportunities and network with veteran real estate professionals.
