This is short guide introducing the John B. Coleman Library's Special Collections and Archives Department, our services, and upcoming projects.

New Aeon Management System

Starting in March 2024, we are welcoming a new Research Inquiry software entitled, Aeon. This new management system will allow patrons to create accounts, search the library catalog and be able to reserve collections to look at in-person on the fifth floor of the John B. Coleman Library. It is highly recommended that PVAMU faculty, staff, and students to create an account and begin to use our new online system for Booking Consultations and Research Inquiries.
