HUMA 1305 Mexican American Culture: Library Research Assignment

To fully understand the Mexican American experience (which is not monolithic) we must understand the foundational culture, the conflicts and the Weltanschauung that will interact with and create the syncretic experience which is the focus of this class

Library Research Assignment

Students will write a final paper on a topic related to the Mexican American experience or a critique of literature related to the themes of the class or read in class. This paper will be 7-10 pages in length (not including the works cited page) and must include at least 4 peer- reviewed sources. Other guidelines will be provided in class.
