Tech Tuesday--Introduction
The John B. Coleman--Northwest Houston Center Library presents a series of informative library sessions aimed at enriching minds and a deeper understanding of the pervasive role of technology in our lives. Our sessions feature a diverse array of speakers and presenters from various educational backgrounds and employmet sectors, ensuring a wide range of perspectives. Our sessions have included national and international presenters, governmental representatives, library deans and directors and noted activists and authors. From thought-provoking lectures on emerging technologies and innovations to practical instructional tips for navigating the digital divide, and from motivational presentations on using technology for improve the accessibility of libraries or for personal growth, our sessions offer something for everyone. The sessions run from Spring and Fall academic terms and meet every Tuesday at 2:00 pm Central Time.
