NURS 4227 Community Health Nursing Practicum
Course Description: This clinical practicum course provides the student with an opportunity to synthesize the nursing process with public health concepts in the nursing care of individuals, families, groups, and communities with a focus on preventive nursing care.
Prerequisites: NURS4318/C or NURS4183/C and NURS4316/C or NURS4163/C and NURS4226/C or NURS4262/C and NURS4228/C or NURS4282/C

NURS 4317 Community Health Nursing
Course Description: This theory course focuses on the synthesis of public health concepts within a preventive framework to promote and maintain the health of communities.
