Syllabus: General Biology Spring Semester 2024Face to Face Student Participation. The course instructor conducts face-to-face
student participation discussion type lecture and lab classes to engage students to
demonstrate their knowledge learned from reading the textbook and assignments.
Therefore, students are encouraged to read the textbook chapters to be covered in class
prior to the start of classes. Students should read the assigned textbook chapter and write
notes of what they have read before the instructor discusses that chapter in class.
