C.A.R.E.S. Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and. Economic Security Act) and Stimulus Checks: Stimulus Checks Round 2 & HEROES Act

This Act may be cited as the “Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions   Act” or the “HEROES Act”.  https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/6800/text

The bill passed by the House Friday, May 15 -- which Speaker Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats are calling the HEROES Act (PDF), according to a fact sheet from the House Appropriations Committee -- includes a wide range of benefits, such as a second direct payment to individuals and households.
