TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus graphing calculators
Overdue Fines: Replacement/repair cost plus $15.00 non-refundable processing fee if returned after the due date; an additional $95.00 non-refundable extended overdue fine will be assessed for calculators returned more than one week after the due date.
Charges for lost, stolen, and damaged calculators: Replacement fee of $100.00 (TI-83 Plus), $120.00 (TI-84 Plus yellow), $180.00 (TI-84 Plus black), or cost of repair.
DVD player
The default replacement cost charged to patrons is $65.00. This includes a replacement fee of $50.00 plus a $15.00 non-refundable processing charge.
The date a book or other circulation item is to be returned to the library, the due date, is stamped in each book or printed on a receipt. Patrons are responsible for returning all borrowed items on time whether or not an overdue notice is received. Overdue notices will be sent to patron’s PVAMU email within fourteen (14) days of the due date, with a second notice sent after twenty-one (21) days.
Books may be returned to the John B. Coleman Library at the circulation counter, in the book return slot at the circulation counter, in the book drop box at the main entrance or the outside book return on the west side of the library. The borrower is responsible for material lost due to improper returns.

The following charges will be made: Regular circulating books - $ .25 per day to a maximum of $65.00; Reserve Materials - $1.20 for first minute and $ .10 each additional minute to a maximum of $90.00.
