• Does the library buy/have textbooks?

 As a rule the library does not purchase copies of textbooks for current courses. However, it is possible that a title may be in the library collection or that your professor have placed a copy on Reserve. It never hurts to check the library Catalog.

• What are the library hours?

• I am an alumnus of PVAMU can I still use the library databases?

Alumnus and community members will need to come on campus and use a Prairie View device to access library databases.  

• Where can I find/Does the library have Federal Student worker Or Student Hourly potions open?

Student Employment Office  https://www.pvamu.edu/hr/student-employment/  Check often, some positions are only posted for a few days.

• How do I access online PVAMU dissertations and theses Digital Commons@PVAMU from the library home page

The location is https://digitalcommons.pvamu.edu/ Note on the dissertations and theses, most if not all have not been released for public view. Mr. Koshy and Dr. Olaka are working on getting them released. Once they are released they will be posted on the Digital Commons@PVAMU
